SHIPPING POLICY

We are currently delivering our products to all parts of India. Subject to our rules and regulations mentioned below, our delivery is free for all purchases from our website. Our product will be delivered at your doorstep within 5 - 7 working days. For certain remote areas, delivery can take more time, but even in those cases at most the product will be delivered in 14 days. During sales and other occasions, orders may take longer to process. This delivery time is only for a guide that in ideal conditions it will take this much time.

Once you have placed an order you'll be continually informed on the status of your order via email and if you have any doubts regarding your order you can always reach us at support@autem.in, our support team will be there to assist you with anything related to your order or any other query you might be having. You can also contact us at the contact numbers provided for any immediate assistance.

ORDER CANCELLATION

All orders can be cancelled until they have been shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

ITEM DAMAGED DURING SHIPMENT

If you received an item which is damaged upon arrival, please contact our Customer Care team immediately. You have the right to a full refund on all shipments that arrive damaged provided you inform us within 1 week of receiving the package.

To return an item, please follow the Return Instructions. Once the item is received we will assess and validate. If approved, we will refund the purchase price of the damaged item.

Returns

Our return policy is very customer friendly and flexible, we try to serve our beloved clients as much as we can. We welcome returns on the following condition mentioned below:

 

Incorrect Size of the Apparel Dispatched from our side. But you should always refer to our size guide before placing an order just to make sure you’re ordering the right size.

A hundred percent return will be forwarded to the client

The product doesn’t’ fit to your expectation

The refund of the product will be initiated after deducting the cost of the courier charges spent based on the invoice value. 

We will be requiring our products in the original packaging as well as with all the tags intact without any damage to the apparel itself.
